Accounting Specialist

Main tasks:

• Contact person for the accounting center (SSC)
• Support in the dunning process Processing clarification cases (e.g. double payments, etc.)
• Account assignment of creditors; clarify questions from SSC employees if necessary Process and execute payments and transfers
• Assisting with monthly closings and accounts receivable/payable
• Support with auditing in the area of accounts receivable/payable
• Performing various administrative tasks in the accounting department
• Filing and archiving
• Support and cooperation in internal projects, e.g.
  • Structured adjustment of accounts receivable outstanding & cooperation with SSC and insurance management
  • Updating the ICS and risk management locally, group project if necessary
  • Structural changes Business activities
• Deputy: Cash reporting

Qualification profile & personal skills:

• Commercial or equivalent training
• Further training as an accounting clerk
• Several years of professional experience in accounting
• German as mother tongue
• Business fluent in English
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with SAP program
• Flair for numbers
