Deputy Practice Supervisor (m/f/d)

• Implementation of the training concept on site as well as guidance and support of the trainees by promoting result-oriented and high-quality training of our future specialists as well as planning, implementation and documentation of practical instructions in accordance with legal requirements (PflBG, PflAPrV)
• Participation in the management and organization of the team - support of the ward/area management in personnel deployment planning, quality assurance and process organization
• Quality assurance and development in practical training- Ensuring the quality of training, close cooperation with schools, feedback and development discussions
• Collaboration in the nursing and treatment process by taking on nursing activities as part of patient care and acting as a role model in day-to-day work
• Coordination and communication - interface between school, practice management team, ward managers and employees, active participation in projects for the further development of nursing practice and participation in marketing measures to attract new trainees

• Completed vocational training in geriatric care or healthcare and nursing and further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
• Sound professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical practice and to develop flexible teaching approaches
• Enjoy working with our trainees and the ability to impart knowledge effectively and adapt teaching methods to the individual learning needs of the trainees
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility and motivation as well as the ability to objectively assess trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
