To work with the Education team at Helios headquarters, we are now looking for a Coordinator of Medical Education and Training (m/f/d) to work up to 20 hours/week nationwide.

• Interface management of strategic coordination from the Group headquarters and local implementation at the sites
• Coordination with our medical specialist groups and the specialist group managers
• Supervision of training plans, starter booklets and welcome brochures as well as the promotion of these topics within the company
• Roll-out of the new PJ further training concept in the company and implementation of a digital tool in further medical training
• Introduce and fill the new position of AiW representative and AiW officer for each cluster
• Close, digital cooperation in the implementation of projects with Svenja Dörfler, Head of Education at Helios headquarters in Berlin

• You will work at one of our company locations as a doctor (m/f/d)

• Technical knowledge and motivation: You know our company and processes well and want to actively drive change

• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A strategic role in shaping the future education and training of doctors (m/f/d)
