To work with the Education team at the Helios headquarters, we are looking for a Coordinator of Medical Education and Training (m/f/d) nationwide with up to 20 hours/week.

• Interface management of strategic coordination from the corporate headquarters and local implementation at the locations
• Coordination with our medical specialist groups and the specialist group leaders
• Supervision of further training plans, starter booklets and welcome brochures as well as the promotion of these topics in the company
• Roll-out of the new PJ training concept in the company and implementation of a digital tool in medical training
• Introduce and fill the new position of AiW Representative and AiW Responsible for each cluster
• Close, digital cooperation in the implementation of the projects with Svenja Dörfler, Head of Education at Helios headquarters in Berlin

• You work at one of our company locations as a doctor (m/f/d)
• Empathy and communication skills: You actively approach people and have a keen sense of the right communication style
• Technical knowledge and motivation: You know our company and the processes well and want to actively drive change
• Conflict management and resilience: stay calm and find solutions even in challenging moments
• Motivational skills: You can inspire others for change and help shape the change in a positive way
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A strategic role in shaping the future training and further education of physicians (m/f/d)
• Flexibility to handle these additional tasks in parallel with your regular job
