OR Coordinator (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you as an OR Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Helios Clinics in Schwerin.

In this function, the OR coordinator (f/m/d) reports directly to the hospital's board of directors. The remuneration is non-tariff and includes a performance-related component.

• Control, ensuring and continuous optimization of needs-based and appropriate surgical planning as well as an efficient surgical process to achieve the agreed surgical goals
• Development, provision and further development of key performance indicators as well as implementation of structured OR process controlling; Ensuring a continuous control and reporting system (OR reporting)
• Organization and coordination of daily OR operations as well as function as a central communication and decision-making point for the daily operating room schedule
• Further development and implementation of the OP Statute as well as joint responsibility for the planning and implementation of optimisation measures
• Organisation, moderation and follow-up of regular OR conferences as well as central contact person for all OR-relevant organisational and strategic issues

• Completed nursing training or three-year training in the nursing sector with relevant professional experience in the operating room
• Sound knowledge of hospital processes as well as strong skills in organizational and process analysis
• High ability to work in a team and cooperate as well as strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, assertiveness and a high degree of responsibility
• Confident handling of IT systems and hospital information systems (HIS)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
