For our Berlin/Brandenburg cluster, we are looking for aCoordinator/QMB in the Oncology Center (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible . The position is available in Bad Saarow as well as in Berlin-Buch.

• Co-design of the quality management (QM) of the Oncology Center
• Documentation and case management
• Preparation of external audits Onkozert /DIN ISO certifications
• Organization and implementation of morbidity and mortality conferences, quality circles and training events
• Planning, implementation and recording of internal audits
• Conducting patient and referring physician surveys

• Completed training as a nurse, MFA (m/f/d) or comparable - further training in quality management is also desirable
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector and preferably in documentation
• Good IT skills and experience in working with databases
• Organizational skills paired with a structured working style
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
