At the Helios Rhein-Ruhr Kliniken in Duisburg-Huckingen, we offer you a position as Secretary of the Medical Directorate (m/f/d).

• Coordination and organizational tasks of the secretariat and preparation of presentations
• Telephone and calendar management as well as planning and organization of training courses or business trips
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as preparation of minutes
• Collection, analysis and documentation of relevant key figures
• Participation in the further development and optimization of internal procedures and processes
• Support and accompaniment of various projects within the Medical Directorate

• A successfully completed training as a nurse or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Practical experience in the assistant or secretarial sector is desirable, but not indispensable
• Security in dealing with the Office applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge of the hospital information system Orbis would be desirable
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and independence as well as a confident and friendly appearance
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Flexibility and resilience
