Helios Klinikum Erfurt GmbH is looking for you to start as a trainee medical technologist for radiology (m/f/d) on September 1st of each year.

• A three-year apprenticeship, which is divided into a school-based and practical part
• During the practical training, facilities from various clinics and radiology practices are available in a training network and give you an insight into both everyday hospital life and outpatient patient care
• Independently take X-ray images, operate computer tomographs and identify diseases based on the images
• Carrying out radiotherapy and helping to draw up a radiotherapy plan
• Handling radioactive substances and their ability to visualize processes in the body
• You are the contact person for patients and act with empathy, patience and a friendly demeanor

• You are open-minded, motivated and enjoy and are interested in training in the healthcare sector
• At least a secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent, a previous internship in radiology or radiotherapy is desirable
• German language skills of at least level B2
• You can imagine working alternately between practical assignments with shifts, weekends, public holidays and theoretical lessons for your future
• Quick comprehension, practical skills, absolute accuracy and spatial imagination as well as good grades in science subjects
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles; proof of health suitability
