Palliative SAPV nurse (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• Advice, support and guidance for patients and relatives
• Pain management / handling pain pumps
• Symptom control
• Port care and wound management
• Close cooperation with colleagues from other professions
• Administrative tasks

• Training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d), as well as several years of professional experience in the hospice or palliative care sector desirable
• Completed further training in palliative care (desirable) or willingness to acquire it
• Social competence and resilience with empathy and open-mindedness towards spiritual concepts and other cultures
• Ability to work in a team and independently and autonomously
• Willingness to participate in on-call services of our 24/7 on-call and operational readiness
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
