We are looking for you as a nurse (m/f/d) for our SAPV team in Gotha at the earliest possible date.

• Interdisciplinary and holistic cooperation
• Professional and socially competent guidance, care and support for seriously ill or dying patients and their relatives
• Implementing care and therapy measures that meet the needs of our patients
• Active cooperation and implementation of nursing and care concepts and care standards
• Documentation of care processes and their quality assurance

You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

Completed further training in palliative care or the willingness to acquire this is desirable

Ideally, you already have knowledge and experience in palliative care

You find it a rewarding task to specifically improve the quality of life of seriously ill people in the last phase of life and to accompany their relatives in a needs-oriented manner

You enjoy working holistically with time for the patients and hand in hand with various professions, you enjoy working and organizing as part of a team
