Head (m/f/d) Purchasing Hospital Operating Technology with a focus on maintenance

We are looking to strengthen our team either in Berlin, Hamburg, Erfurt or Kronach with a full-time, permanent position for a Head of Purchasing (m/f/d) for Hospital Operating Technology with a focus on maintenance.

Your tasks:

• Processing operational and regional purchasing activities, in particular for maintenance services
• Commercial analysis and evaluation from the inventory systems (CAFM & SAP)
• Coordination of a standard range for spare parts
• Analyzing the market
• Checking and creating service requirements
• Checking framework agreements and conditions
• Contact person for questions in connection with contracts and conditions
• Participation in company-related and cross-company projects

What you have to offer:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on purchasing, training in the commercial field, completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession with further qualification as a master craftsman, state-certified technician, business economist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience in technical purchasing
• Practical experience in dealing with CAFM systems is desirable
• Negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a team and high social competence
• High service orientation and a structured, independent and autonomous way of working
