Head of Oncology Nursing

• Nursing management responsibility including staff management and leadership
• An independent field of responsibility in a modern team environment in close consultation with the nursing management
• Active participation in continuous process and quality improvements
• A contemporary understanding of interprofessional teamwork and team leadership
• Regular case discussions and opportunities for further education and training
• Empathetic support and advice for our patients and their relatives

• Completed training as a nurse, ideally with additional oncology qualifications
• Desirable: Nursing management studies / further training for managers in healthcare facilities or willingness to complete these
• High level of identification with the field of oncology and hematology
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness, strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a willingness to digitize
• Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
