Deputy Head of Nursing Oncology/Haematology (m/f/d)

• Work in a friendly and motivated multi-professional team
• Independent work in a modern environment in close consultation with the ward manager
• Empathetic support and advice for our patients and their relatives
• Active participation in continuous process and quality improvements
• Contemporary understanding of interprofessional teamwork and team leadership
• Regular case discussions and opportunities for further education and training

• Completed 3-year training as a nursing specialist or medical assistant
• Identification with the field of activity
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness
• Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization
• Very good nursing skills and strong communication and teamwork skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
