Our Central Emergency Department is one of the leading emergency medical centers in Germany and one of the largest emergency departments in Hesse. We treat emergency patients around the clock in accordance with the highest level of emergency care (comprehensive emergency care in accordance with the G-BA regulation) and the German Statutory Accident Insurance's Severe Injury Type Procedure (SAV). This underlines the range of services provided by our clinic as a maximum care provider.

We are certified in all areas (ATZ, ÜTZ, CPU, Stroke etc.) and operate a Chest Pain Unit within the ZNA. Our highly qualified, interdisciplinary and cordial team is looking for a

Deputy Head of Central Emergency Department (m/f/d)
with the qualification of nurse or emergency paramedic (m/f/d)

• Ensuring operational processes and interdisciplinary and interdepartmental communication in cooperation with all professional groups
• Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning including calling up employees from the employee pool
• Responsibility for implementing and ensuring the defined quality of care as well as collaboration in the development and implementation of innovative concepts
• Ensuring the qualified practical instruction of trainees, young professionals and participants in advanced specialist training
• Carrying out working group projects, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional projects

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the Central Emergency Department, ideally with further training in emergency care
• Passion for the profession and strong teamwork skills
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with employees, patients and relatives
• Willingness to undergo further training and education
