Nursing Director ZNA (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a full-time / part-time Nursing Manager of the Central Emergency Department (m/f/d) at the Breisach and Müllheim sites at the earliest possible date.

Organization of the work processes and personnel resources of our emergency department at the Breisach and Müllheim sites

Responsibility for flexible staff deployment planning in compliance with operational and legal regulations

Design of change processes and participation in the conceptual development in the area of emergency care

Responsibility for the quality of nursing care, structures and processes

Cooperative collaboration with the medical service and other professional groups

Coordination of individual personnel development measures

You will be involved in the process- and goal-oriented nursing care of our emergency patients in all specialist departments working in the clinic

You have already gained initial experience in management tasks and see your future prospects in working with and developing an evolving clinic structure with corresponding management tasks.

Your management experience is characterized by human, nursing and social competence.

Completed training as a nursing specialist with further specialist training as an emergency nurse and practice supervisor

Willingness to work in a collegial, interdisciplinary manner with other professional groups

Willingness to work across locations (Müllheim + Breisach)
