At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an experienced and motivated full-time or part-time

Head of Nursing (m/f/d)

for our newly built interdisciplinary central emergency department for comprehensive emergency care

(level 3)

• You will ensure first-class, patient-oriented emergency care, including care, treatment and advice for our patients and their relatives
• Responsible for staff planning, duty and vacation planning as well as actively promoting team cohesion and a positive working atmosphere
• You will drive the professional and organizational development of the department in collaboration with the medical management
• You will work continuously to optimize work processes in order to ensure efficient and effective care for our patients.
• You will proactively address current political and professional challenges such as emergency and hospital reform and help shape the future of emergency care

You have completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with at least two years of professional experience in the emergency department. Additional training in emergency care (DKG) is mandatory. Further specialist training to manage a ward/functional unit or a similar qualification is desirable.

High professional and social competence as well as the ability to lead team-oriented staff

Flexibility and creativity as well as diplomatic skills

You remain calm and objective even in stressful situations and apply targeted de-escalation strategies

Patient-oriented, independent and autonomous work is a matter of course for you
