We are looking for exactly you, as a ward manager (m/f/d), for our emergency room team.

• Management and organisation of the interdisciplinary emergency room with nursing responsibility
• Control and ensure a smooth process in patient care – even in stressful situations
• Personnel management, development and deployment planning of an interprofessional team
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality standards
• Constructive cooperation with medical services, functional areas and external partners
• Participation in conceptual developments and projects within the emergency department

• Completed training as a nurse or nurse
• Completed specialist training in emergency care (DKG recognised)
• Ideally, management experience or completed management training or the willingness to complete it
• In-depth knowledge of the Manchester Triage System (MTS)
• High level of professional and social competence as well as the ability to lead employees in an appreciative manner
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and resilience
• Necessary proof of immunization against measles
