For our new geriatric department at the Helios Clinic Idstein we are looking for from 01.04.2026

Station Manager (m/f/d).

• Personnel management and development, effective personnel deployment planning, as well as conception, implementation and safeguarding of care concepts
• You will plan, control and secure all nursing measures – individually, purposefully and in close exchange with the interdisciplinary team
• You will carry out precise patient observation and document your nursing measures and observations digitally and professionally
• Responsibility for implementing and ensuring the defined quality of care as well as ensuring qualified practical guidance for trainees, young professionals and participants in specialist training
• They implement our nursing guidelines as well as hygiene and quality standards consistently and responsibly in their everyday work
• You will recognize the personal needs and resources of our patients and design care accordingly individually and appreciatively
• Downtime management, personnel deployment monitoring as well as ensuring operational processes and cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental as well as cross-cluster communication in cooperation with all professional groups
• Implementation and initiation of projects and working groups, also interdisciplinary and cross-professional and the expert care of patients, including documentation and evaluation

• You have completed training as a nurse, geriatric nurse or nurse, as well as completed further training as a state-recognised ward or nursing assistant. Group Management
• You have completed further training in "Zercur Geriatrics" with 180 hours.
• You work responsibly, carefully and with a high standard of quality of care – always with the focus on people
• You are characterized by your empathetic and committed manner - you are actively involved and treat patients and colleagues with openness and respect
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and the ability to work under pressure are of course part of your professional self-image
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
