Service Center Purchasing Customer Service Procurement Clerk (m/f/d)

at the Erfurt site.

• You will receive telephone and written inquiries from users regarding delivery dates, alternative deliveries and orders
• You will provide support in providing information and resolving issues
• You will process special requests, including initiating and following up on express orders with suppliers
• You communicate with users, suppliers, warehouses and specialist purchasing departments via the ticket system and hotline
• You will be involved in the processing of projects

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• A strong customer and service orientation
• Very good communication skills, independent working style and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and Excel in particular
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You like to communicate and support our team with a lot of enthusiasm
• Proof of immunization against measles

• Regulated working hours from Mon. to Fri. from 07:00 to 17:00
