Clerk Service Center Purchasing - Customer Service Procurement (m/f/d)

at the Erfurt site.

• You will receive telephone and written inquiries from users about delivery dates, alternative deliveries and orders
• They provide support in providing information and resolving issues
• You will process special requests, including the initiation and tracking of express orders from the supplier
• They communicate with users, suppliers, warehouses and specialist purchasing via ticket system and hotline
• You will be involved in the processing of projects

• A completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• A strong customer and service orientation
• Very high communication skills, independent way of working and teamwork skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You like to communicate and support our team with a lot of enthusiasm
• Proof of immunization against measles

• Independent tasks as well as very good personal and professional development potential
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• The possibility to work remotely two days a week
