To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Dippoldiswalde, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

Practice Manager (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• By managing the team, you will ensure optimal practice organization and an optimal consultation schedule
• You will conduct employee and recruitment interviews and organize regular team meetings
• You will oversee internal quality management and ensure the further development of the MVZ in close cooperation with the medical management and the Group
• Your tasks will also include staff deployment and vacation planning, process organization and application management
• You will support the practice staff with billing issues and also with original tasks in everyday practice life, such as coordinating treatment appointments and examination procedures, training new colleagues, looking after patients before and after treatment, etc.
• You are the first point of contact for the practice staff, but are also in contact with the responsible Operations Manager (m/f/d) in the region as well as the Medical Director (m/f/d) and help with the implementation of medium to long-term tasks that go beyond day-to-day business

You have completed training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a similar qualification

Further training in practice management or experience in management tasks in the healthcare sector would be desirable

You have knowledge of service billing according to EBM and GOÄ

Your high level of organizational and communication skills will not only impress us, but also our patients

You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
