Practice Manager (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will take on management tasks within the MVZ - both in patient care and in process organization
• With your commitment, you will ensure excellent practice organization and an optimal consultation schedule
• To ensure that everything runs smoothly, you will be responsible for creating duty and vacation schedules as well as planning and holding team meetings
• The optimization and further development of existing processes in our MVZ is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will also drive digitalization with the help of practice IT applications
• In addition, you will support us with the KV and private billing of services provided

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have further training as a practice manager (m/f/d), but this is not a prerequisite
• For you, trusting, friendly interaction with our employees and patients is a top priority
• You have good IT skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new programs in order to effectively implement digitization strategies
• Knowledge of private, professional association and health insurance billing is desirable
• You have a talent for organization, work in a structured manner and complete administrative tasks very reliably
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
