Practice Manager MVZ (m/f/d)

For the HeliMed medical care center in Erfurt, we are looking for a Practice Manager MVZ (m/f/d) as of 01.10.2025.

• You will ensure that the day-to-day running of the practice runs smoothly, create a friendly atmosphere for patients and the team and contribute to the economic success of the MVZ

• Taking over the organization of the MVZ (e.g.: appointment allocation, call management and administrative activities such as duty scheduling and organization of consultation hours)
• Preparation and checking of fee invoices in the MVZ
• Supporting doctors in their day-to-day work and coordinating collaboration with colleagues and clinics in private practice
• You receive our patients and coordinate communication for inpatient admission and further examinations and referrals
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as well as their preparation and follow-up

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d) - alternatively also dental assistant (m/f/d)

• You have extensive experience in outpatient healthcare
• You have commitment, the ability to work in a team and organizational talent
• Confident use of a PC, social skills, a sense of responsibility and commitment
• You are able to work independently and in a structured manner
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
