To strengthen our practice team at the Herzberg-Klinik medical care center in Herzberg am Harz, we are looking for you as a

Practice Manager (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will ensure optimal practice organization and an optimal consultation schedule
• You are the contact person for employees, doctors and external partners
• You will be responsible for the preparation of duty and vacation planning as well as the planning and implementation of regular team meetings
• Furthermore, you will support us in training new colleagues and take responsibility for the KV and private billing of our services
• Your talent is also required for the optimization and further development of existing processes in our MVZ and the maintenance of the quality management system
• In addition, you will support the entire team with original tasks in everyday practice life, such as coordinating treatment appointments and examination procedures, caring for patients before and after treatment or processing patient enquiries

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) and ideally have an additional qualification as a practice manager (m/f/d) or healthcare specialist (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in a medical care center or other areas of the healthcare sector
• You have digital skills and good IT knowledge and can quickly familiarize yourself with new programs in order to effectively implement digitization strategies
• You are interested in continuous professional development and a diverse range of tasks is exactly what you are looking for
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
