To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Specialist (m/f/d) Customer Service for the Alzenau site.
- Order processing incl. goods receipt, order creation, technical completion and invoicing/invoice verification/correction
- Maintenance, administration and monitoring of customer data and master records
- Maintaining and evaluating statistics
- Interface function Customer Service to internal departments and external bodies such as customers/service providers
- General administrative tasks
- Completed commercial training/commercial specialist
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Flexible, friendly and able to work under pressure
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Quick comprehension, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English (at least level B1)
- Good knowledge of common software (MS Office, SAP)
- Technical understanding desirable
