Customer Service Hospital Clerk

What you do

• You are the central interface function between the customer service team, sales force, marketing and external customers
• You are responsible for receiving, recording and ensuring the timely delivery of customer orders, including checking the authorization to purchase medicines and narcotics
• You advise customers on orders and delivery services.
• You develop solutions in the event of delivery difficulties
• You check customer invoices You are responsible for recording and processing returns

What you bring with you

• You have completed commercial or equivalent training and have professional experience in a support or sales environment
• Several years of experience in customer service and ideally in the healthcare industry, pharmaceuticals or a comparable sector
• You have sound IT skills, especially in MS Office, SAP, as well as excellent stylistic German language skills and a good knowledge of French
• You are confident and practiced in dealing with figures, data and facts
• With your solution-oriented and resilient personality, you can master challenging situations, especially in out-of-stock management
