Application specialist (m/f/d) for the sale of medical products requiring explanation in the Kassel area

Are you interested in being part of a dynamic company in the distribution of medical products and ensuring our customer supply?

As an application specialist (m/f/d), your task will be to provide advice and training on complex medical devices for their use in daily practice. You will also actively support the sales team in generating sales.

We are currently looking for active support for the zip code area 34-37 and 50-63.

Your tasks:

• Conducting mandatory training courses in accordance with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (MPG) for users, evaluators and decision-makers in the clinical and non-clinical segment

• Targeted and qualified application management of the therapies used with our medical devices

• Guaranteeing the prescribed use of our products and ensuring a high level of training for users

• Creating and editing medication databases and device configurations

• Close collaboration and joint project management with the sales force, marketing and internal departments

• Active lead generation for the acquisition of new business

• Building and maintaining teams of experts in the field of application management

• Continuous documentation of all business-relevant events in our CRM system Salesforce

• Reporting and processing product complaints to the complaints management department

Your profile:

• Completed medical training

• Several years of professional experience in the clinical field, preferably in intensive care or operating theaters

• Professional experience in dealing with medical products that require explanation, including software connection and services

• Strong IT affinity

• Medical device consultant according to § 31 MPG an advantage

• Team and customer-oriented thinking with a creative approach to solutions as well as a high level of communication skills and a sense of responsibility

• Good knowledge of MS Office, optional knowledge of CRM

• Driving license class B

• High willingness to travel incl. overnight stays

• Good written and spoken English skills
