To strengthen our MVZ practice team at the Facharztzentrum Medicinum in Hildesheim, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as an

OTA / surgical assistant with management function in the outpatient OR (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• After an intensive training period, you will assist during operations
• You will carry out both instrumentation and jumper activities in the OR
• Ensuring the correct preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures and the operating theatres in compliance with hygiene guidelines, including the preparation of medical devices in the sterilization room
• Your tasks will also include invoicing material costs in accordance with GOÄ and EBM
• You will support us with administrative tasks
• In addition, you will ensure an optimal practice workflow by organizing internal processes and assisting in appointment management

• Successfully completed vocational training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d), MFA with OR experience (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• You recognize business contexts and have a high sense of responsibility, which is essential for a managerial position
• You are interested in continuously developing yourself and a diverse range of tasks is exactly what you are looking for
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients and their relatives
• You are committed, a team player and willing to contribute your ideas
• You are also characterized by service orientation, friendliness and professionalism
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
