To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Nienburg, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an

OTA / surgical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

• You will ensure the correct preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures and the operating theaters in compliance with hygiene guidelines
• You will take over instrumentation and jumper activities in the OR
• You will also be responsible for the implementation of OR documentation in compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations
• You will support our team in the care and documentation of tissue transplants for the bone bank
• You will be involved in the further development of workflow models and ensuring surgical and quality standards
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the professional groups involved in the treatment process

• Completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d), as an MFA with OR experience (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally you have some work experience, but you are also welcome to start your career as a newcomer
• You are characterized by a reliable and independent way of working
• You have flexibility, team spirit and a high degree of responsibility and social skills
• A willingness to work in a collegial manner with other professional groups
• Commitment to the design and optimization of work and change processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
