We are looking for a Head of Employee Engagement Management (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bad Saarow withimmediate effect .

• Responsibility for the area of Employee Engagement/Feel Good Management
• Developing, aligning and implementing local strategic and communication campaigns, materials and activities
• Advising, designing and implementing engaging internal & external events and activities (patient/education and employee events)
• Planning and implementation of our annual Helios Pulse survey
• Developing and implementing targeted measures to promote employee engagement and improve employee satisfaction
• Close cooperation with the various departments of the clinic

• Completed studies in the field of corporate communications/marketing or comparable
• Extensive professional experience in the desired area of responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Empathy, creativity and strong communication skills as well as a willingness to take on responsibility
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
