As Senior Manager Employee Benefits, you will be responsible for the technical and administrative management of our benefit programs in Germany. Your main task will be the effective management and further development of these benefits, particularly in the areas of company pension schemes, long-term accounts and flexible benefits. In addition, you will be involved in a wide range of projects aimed at expanding our benefits portfolio in a future-oriented manner and developing innovative solutions.

These are your tasks:

• You will be responsible for introducing, redesigning and adapting benefit programs and driving their success

• You are the central point of contact for employees, managers, specialist departments and external service providers for our programs

• You will strengthen global partnerships and promote the international success of our initiatives as part of international benefit program inquiries and projects

• You will develop creative content and efficient processes for employee communication, design compelling newsletters and informative events that promote exchange

• Through your responsibility for the implementation of internal control processes, you guarantee their effectiveness and ensure stable processes within the company

What sets you apart:

• You have a successful university degree and have several years of professional experience in the benefits sector in a comparable position, ideally in an international environment

• With in-depth knowledge of company pension schemes, you are able to confidently manage programs, lead new implementations and make adjustments

• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word and use these programs efficiently in your daily work

• As a service-oriented, flexible and independent personality, you ensure the success of your projects. Your strong understanding of numbers and your analytical and conceptual skills enable you to develop and drive forward solutions effectively.

• Your excellent command of English enables you to communicate effectively on a global level
