For our Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for you as Head of Occupational Therapy (m/f/d) full-time or part-time from 01.07.2026

• Occupational therapy diagnostics and therapy of patients of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy as well as in the somatic field such as neurology and geriatrics with the use of occupational group-specific assessments and in an interdisciplinary team
• Regular participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Willingness to cooperate across disciplines with all areas of the house
• Independent organization and responsible organization of the therapeutic working day

• You have completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d), ideally with professional experience in working with mentally ill people and geriatric and neurological patients
• You have leadership experience and a cooperative leadership style
• Decisiveness and assertiveness with a strong ability to work in a team and a high level of motivation
• Willingness to participate dynamically and creatively in the interdisciplinary development of the occupational therapy department, which currently has 11 employees
• Competencies in business thinking and acting
• Proof of legally required measles immunization
