We are looking for a Practice Manager (m/f/d) for our location on the premises of the Helios Mariahilf Klinik Hamburg in Harburg at the earliest possible date.

• Ensuring optimal practice organization and consultation hour processes
• Creating the duty and vacation planning as well as the KV and private billing
• Communication with the central IT, purchasing, operating technology and HR departments
• Planning and holding team meetings
• Assisting with medical activities and working together with the commercial management
• Working with the practice system x.vianova from Medatixx

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or doctor's assistant (m/f/d) or healthcare assistant (m/f/d)
• Additional training as a practice manager (m/f/d) desirable
• Ideally professional experience with management responsibility in a comparable position in a medical practice
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and friendliness
• Service orientation, professionalism and a sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
