Your tasks:

• Negotiation of cost estimates, direct contact with manufacturers / service providers
• Commissioning of inspections and repairs to hospital operating systems
• Service and invoice documentation including invoice verification and account assignment
• Working in SAP and the Nova facility management program
• Work in the access control software SIPORT and Salto Space
• General activities and administration of access control (digital key management)

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training
• Negotiating skills and good commercial understanding
• Technical understanding would be desirable
• Organizational skills, team orientation and a determined and structured approach to work
• Good computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of SAP would be desirable
• You are communicative and skilled in dealing with customers
