Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for one or more medical assistants (m/f/d) with a focus on patient service on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis as soon as possible.

• Recording of our patients' menu requests using a digital recording device
• Food and beverage distribution including preparation/follow-up for the patients as well as ordering, checking and stocking of ward supplies
• Recording of service- and care-related requests on the part of the patient, and if possible on the qualification side, their processing, otherwise their forwarding
• Compliance with the targets of patient satisfaction in the area of catering
• Maintenance of the documentation and implementation of the HACCP guideline

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Organizational skills and a pronounced and high level of service orientation
• Professional experience in and enjoyment of dealing with patients, as well as strong communication skills
• High willingness to identify with the company
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
