For our Helios Clinic at the Pirna site, we are looking for you as Senior Physician Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) with a focus on endoprosthetics as soon as possible

• Area of responsibility: Covers the entire spectrum of orthopaedics and trauma surgery.
• Endoprosthetics: Surgical treatment of hip, knee and shoulder joints – including robot-assisted procedures at the Endoprosthetics Centre.
• Cross-departmental cooperation: Promoting cooperative cooperation with all hospital departments and physicians in private practice.
• Personnel management and development: Responsibility for the management and development of the assistant physicians under your supervision as well as the colleagues undergoing further training.
• Strategic & economic co-creation: Participation in the strategic and economic development of the Clinic for Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery – in particular ensuring highly qualified, comprehensive and medically up-to-date patient care.
• Quality and process management: Jointly responsible for securing and further developing quality standards, optimising processes, workflows, service time models, organisational forms and patient documentation.

• Specialist title: You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery with a focus on endoprosthetics.
• Technical expertise: Sound knowledge and confident handling of the field – mastery of standard operations; Experience in robotic surgery is desirable.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership personality with a high sense of responsibility and organizational talent.
• Orientation & Mindset: Patient and service-oriented action combined with business thinking.
• Social & professional competence: A high level of professional expertise paired with pronounced social competence.
• Proof of immunity: Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
