Deputy Ward Manager Elective Services / IMC (m/f/d)

• Work in a friendly and motivated team
• Professional advice and support for the ward manager in management and leadership tasks
• Modern and innovative organizational possibilities
• Needs-based staff deployment planning (duty and vacation planning)
• Practical and theoretical instruction/training of employees
• Quality assurance: Ensuring the quality of care, care documentation, care standards, service instructions and performance checks

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete this in the future
• Identification with the area of activity as well as high communication and team skills
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and assertiveness
• Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An attractive salary in accordance with our company collective agreement with ver.di plus an allowance for practice supervisors and specialist nurses
