For our IMC team, we are looking for a full-time Deputy Head of IMC (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• Support the ward manager in the professional and organizational management of the nursing team
• Supporting employees in the training of specialist skills
• Basic and treatment care of patients
• Further development, monitoring and compliance with the applicable care standards together with the ward manager
• Duty planning for the ward staff
• Failure management in cooperation with the nursing management
• Recognizing emergency situations and acting appropriately and adequately in these situations
• Preparing, monitoring, performing and assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
• Participation in the 3-shift system

• Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Completed specialist training as a specialist for management tasks in nursing / extensive management experience
• A high level of social competence, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Empathic and understanding interaction with patients and their relatives
