We are looking for a committed and motivated full-time deputy ward manager for the Intermediate Care (IMC) ward (m/f/d) at Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg as soon as possible.

• Co-responsibility for the organization and coordination of the daily ward routine
• Supporting the ward manager with staff planning, rostering and quality assurance
• Professional and organizational representation of the ward manager in their absence
• Ensuring patient-oriented, high-quality care on the IMC ward
• Participating in the further development of nursing concepts and processes
• Guiding, encouraging and supporting employees in the team

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or healthcare and (pediatric) nurse (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of IMC/intensive care
• Additional qualification or interest in further training to manage a ward/area (desirable)
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and an appreciative management style
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
