At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager Elective Services (m/f/d) for the Helios Clinic Müllheim.

• Organization and planning of work processes
• Organization of flexible personnel deployment planning in compliance with operational and legal regulations
• Designing change processes and participating in the conceptual further development in the area of ward care
• Co-supervision of the quality of care, structure and processes

Willingness to develop and expand leadership qualities

Your skills are: human and social

Willingness to work in a collegial, interdisciplinary manner with other professional groups

Team spirit, sense of responsibility, service orientation and communication skills
