Supplier Compliance Manager Enteral/Parenteral Nutrition (m/w/d)

Werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams bei Fresenius Kabi und gestalten Sie die Zukunft der enteralen und parenteralen Ernährung, indem Sie hochwertige Roh- und Wirkstoffe sowie deren Lieferanten weltweit selektieren, qualifizieren und betreuen.
Ihre Aufgabe
- Arbeit mit internen (bspw. Qualitätsorganisationen der Fresenius Kabi Werke, strategische Einkäufer, Zulassungsabteilungen) und externen (Lieferanten) Parteien
- Zeitnahe Selektion von Roh-/Wirkstofflieferanten für Fresenius Kabi Endprodukte (I&D Projekte, Alternativen-Selektions-Projekte, Einlizenzierungsprojekte)
- Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung der selektierten Roh-/Wirkstofflieferanten
- Koordination von Änderungen und Abweichungen bei globalen Roh-/Wirkstofflieferanten mit den Fresenius Kabi Werken
- Globale Koordination von GMP-Nichtkonformitäten bei -/Wirkstofflieferanten
- Koordination regulärer Meetings mit globalen Roh-/Wirkstofflieferanten zu qualitäts- und zulassungsrelevanten Themen
- Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen im Zuge von Lieferantenentwicklungen resultierend aus der globalen Lieferantenbewertung
- Verhandlung von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen mit globalen Roh-/Wirkstofflieferanten
- Unterstützung von globalen Projekten im Bereich Qualität
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung globaler SOPs im Bereich Lieferantenmanagement
Ihr Profil
- Abschluss eines naturwissenschaftlichen oder ernährungs-wissenschaftlichen Studiums
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder pharmazeutischen Industrie, vorzugsweise in der Qualitätssicherung und/oder Lieferantenmanagement
- Erfahrungen als Lebensmittel- und/oder Wirkstoffauditor sind vorteilhaft
- Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelrecht (LMR)
- Profunde Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelstandards (FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS)
- Kenntnisse der GxP Standards (AMG, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, CRF)
- Grundkenntnisse der Wirkstoff- und Lebensmittelzulassungsverfahren in Europa, den USA und China
- Grundkenntnisse der gängigen Produktionsprozesse von Wirk-/Rohstoffen (bspw. Fermentation, Extraktion)
- Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SharePoint)
- Fremdsprache: verhandlungssicheres Englisch
- Zielorientiertes, fokussiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Aufgeschlossene Haltung
