Case Manager / MFA Hypoglossal Stimulation Implant Center (m/f/d)

For our Hypoglossus Implantation Center at the ENT Clinic in Krefeld, we are looking for dedicated part-time support (50%) as a Case Manager / MFA (m/f/d).

• Coordination of patients from initial presentation to follow-up care

• Contact person for doctors, employees and external cooperation partners
• Supporting the medical team and organizing clinical processes
• Preparation and monitoring of general correspondence and external and internal communication
• Documentation, monitoring and communication of the course of treatment
• Organization and follow-up of consultation hours

• Completed training as a nurse / medical assistant (MFA) and/or completed further training as a case manager (m/f/d)

• Knowledge of medical nomenclature and IT skills
• Organizational talent, strong communication skills and a strong patient orientation
• Empathy in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Enjoyment of multi-professional collaboration in an innovative specialty center in a team with an outstanding reputation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
