We are looking for a Case Manager / Chief Physician's Secretariat (m/f/d) for our location in Berlin-Buch with immediate effect.

• Back office for the chief physician: Processing telephone inquiries and e-mails
• Scheduling & Coordination: Organization for the Hematology and Cell Therapy Clinic
• Private Outpatient Clinic: Independent Organization and Administration
• Team support: Collaboration and substitution in stem cell transplantation and CAR-T coordination

• Office skills: Confident handling of Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel required
• Professional basis: Completed medical training (e.g. MFA) required; Previous knowledge of haematology/oncology desirable
• Organisational experience: Professional experience in the administrative area, e.g. practice or ward organisation, is an advantage
