To strengthen our team at the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time Patient & Case Manager (m/f/d).

• Patient admission and control of administrative processes
• Contact person for service providers (e.g. Doctors and nurses)
• As well as a contact person for administration (such as preparing cost estimates, visa applications, receivables and conflict management, etc.)
• You will be responsible for data management and maintenance in SAP/CRM
• Organisational support for international patients before, during and after their outpatient and/or inpatient stay
• Cost monitoring and safeguarding before, during and after treatment

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies
• Professional service understanding and high service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Basic medical knowledge or experience in the field of medical tourism is an advantage
• Good organizational and communication skills as well as IT skills (MS Office)
• Committed, motivated, dynamic, resilient and customer-oriented
