Case Manager (national / international) (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time Patient & Case Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Patient admission and control of administrative processes
• Contact person for service providers (such as doctors and nursing staff)
• As well as contact person for administration (e.g. preparing cost estimates, visa applications, claims and conflict management, etc.)
• You will be responsible for data management and maintenance in SAP/CRM
• Organizational support for international patients before, during and after their outpatient and/or inpatient stay
• Monitoring and securing costs before, during and after treatment

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies

• Professional understanding of service and high service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
• Basic medical knowledge or experience in the field of medical tourism an advantage
• Good organizational and communication skills as well as IT skills (MS Office)
• Committed, motivated, dynamic, resilient and customer-oriented

• A high level of professional competence, full integration into everyday clinical practice and a highly motivated team
