To strengthen our team at the Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for you as Case Manager (m/f/d) Service Management Radiology to start as soon as possible.
Appointment allocation and coordination as well as support in the coordination of work processes related to radiology registration
Participation in the organization for a smooth operational process of patient care within the organizational unit and its interfaces
Communication with referring practices and clinics
Coordination and organization of patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient area as well as coordination and forwarding of internal and external inquiries from patients and physicians
Supporting the duty roster and participating in the development of the registration team's personnel
Assume secretarial duties in radiology and neuroradiology as a substitute and work flexibly on special topics within the clinic
Completed training as a nurse or nursing assistant (m/f/d); medical assistant (m/f/d); medical-technical assistant (m/f/d), or similar and many years of professional experience, preferably in radiology or neuroradiology
An interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and the willingness to work independently are required
Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement and a company pension scheme
