To strengthen our team at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for a:n

Case Manager (m/f/d) for Radiology

• Appointment allocation and coordination of work processes in the context of radiology registration
• Mediation and coordination between specialist departments, the hospital and external partners and providers to ensure smooth cooperation
• Acting as a deputy for the institute secretariat in the radiology department to ensure a continuous workflow
• Independent organization and coordination of appointments to ensure an optimal schedule
• Active participation in further education and training courses to ensure that you are always up to date
• Participation and independent preparation of statistics

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or nursing assistant (m/f/d); medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Knowledge and practical experience in EBM and GOÄ billing
• Confident handling of MS Office, familiar with medical nomenclature, excellent spelling and PC skills
• High motivation, team spirit, flexibility, reliability, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Enjoy patient-oriented work with a friendly and open approach
• Proof of the legally required immunization against measles
