Practice Manager (m/f/d) for Radiology

To strengthen our team at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for a Practice Manager (m/f/d) for radiology with immediate effect

• Support of radiological specialists during examinations (e.g. preparation and follow-up, protocol, assistance with imaging measures)
• Organization of appointments, patient admission and care before, during and after the examination
• Hygiene and quality management in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Ensuring a patient-oriented process as well as pleasant, empathetic care
• Support with documentation, billing preparation and practice organization
• Handling of imaging and practice software (PACS/RIS, practice management systems) as well as MS Office

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or nursing assistant (m/f/d); Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, initial experience in a radiology environment or in a clinical department
• Confident handling of MS Office, as well as familiar with medical nomenclature, excellent spelling and PC competence
• Reliability, organizational skills and friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and service-oriented appearance
• Proof of legally required immunization against measles
