To strengthen our team at the Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for a:n Practice Manager (m/f/d) for Radiology with immediate effect

• Support of radiology specialists during examinations (e.g. preparation and follow-up, logging, assistance with imaging procedures)
• Organization of appointments, patient admission and care before, during and after the examination
• Hygiene and quality management in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Ensuring a patient-oriented process and pleasant, empathetic care
• Support with documentation, billing preparation and practice organization
• Use of imaging and practice software (PACS/RIS, practice management systems) and MS Office

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or nursing assistant (m/f/d); medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally initial experience in a radiology environment or in a clinical department
• Confident use of MS Office, familiar with medical nomenclature, excellent spelling and PC skills
• Reliability, organizational skills and friendly demeanor
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and service-oriented demeanor
• Proof of the legally required immunization against measles
