For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you as a Case Manager (m/f/d) for Oncology as soon as possible.

• Communication & Coordination: Exchange with referring practices and processing of outpatient and inpatient physician and patient requests.
• Managing patient flow: Organization of processes in the outpatient and inpatient sector.
• Accompanying redundancies: Takeover of discharge management.
• Save documentation: Reliable management of patient-related documents.
• Participate medically: Support with blood draws, port needles and interventions.
• Flexible use: Collaboration on special topics and projects of the clinic.

• Qualified in Healthcare: You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or nurse.
• Interdisciplinary & independent: You enjoy working in a team, get actively involved and take on responsibility – even independently.
• Approachable & helpful: For you, dealing with patients is characterized by empathy and a service concept.
• Communicative & committed: You bring team spirit and strong communication skills to the table.
• Formalities: The legally required proof of your measles immunity is available.
