We are looking for a Case Manager for Urology (m/f/d) for our Berlin-Buch site from 01.11.2025 .
Communication with referring practices and clinics
Coordination and organization of patient flow in the outpatient and inpatient area
Coordination and processing of internal and external patient and doctor/physician inquiries
Reliable management of patient-related documents
Flexible collaboration on special topics within the clinic
Management and organization of the secretariat/secretarial staffing and documentation of outpatient activities
Completed training as a medical assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant
Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation in a team working according to the latest quality standards and a willingness to work independently are required
Patient friendliness and a willingness to help
Team spirit, a sense of responsibility, service orientation and strong communication skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement and a company pension scheme
