Head of Physiotherapy (m/f/d) - full or part-time

With 121 beds, the Sonnberghof in Bad Sauerbrunn is one of the largest facilities for oncological rehabilitation in Austria and, together with the adjoining Bad Sauerbrunn spa and health center with 198 beds and the outpatient clinic for physical therapy, is under the sponsorship of Heilbad Sauerbrunn Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., a VAMED care company.

YOUR TASKS:

• Management of the physiotherapy team (approx. 30 employees) through professional, social and human competence
• Implementation of physiotherapeutic treatment methods for patients in oncological rehabilitation, active health care and classic cures as well as in the outpatient physical outpatient clinic
• Committed collaboration in the design and ongoing optimization of therapeutic and organizational processes
• Operational activities as part of the treatment and care of spa guests
• Responsibility for results in the therapeutic area with an understanding of overall commercial requirements
• Participation in ensuring quality assurance measures

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) and state recognition as well as registration in the health professional register
• Several years of professional experience as well as oncological experience and further training are an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the field of physiotherapy and experience in dealing with patients
• Very good written and spoken German
• Reliable IT skills in MS Office and digital documentation
• Willingness to undergo further training in accordance with professional law and internal exchange of experience
• Openness to innovations within the medical concept
• Commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Leadership personality with analytical skills, high sense of responsibility, strong decision-making and implementation skills
