As a Global Enablement and Training Specialist in our CRM & Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive within our customer engagement ecosystem. You’ll lead the design and delivery of effective learning programs, aligning training strategies with our transformation goals and business objectives.
You’ll be a key contributor to our CRM Transformation & Harmonization program, focusing on engaging learning experiences, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to support adoption and operational excellence across global teams.
Design, develop, and deliver CRM training programs tailored to various stakeholder groups (Sales, Service, Marketing, Technical Service), including onboarding, role-specific training, and upskilling initiatives, delivered both virtually and in person.
Develop and maintain high-quality training materials such as playbooks, user guides, e-learning modules, and best practices documentation, covering both the harmonized CRM landscape and changes introduced across the broader ecosystem.
Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owners and Admins to track performance metrics, identify training needs, and enhance learning strategies based on implemented CRM processes.
Support the LMS/LXP project by providing requirements from a CRM perspective, and post-implementation, manage CRM training administration, documentation, and optimization in coordination with the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead.
Partner with key stakeholders including the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead, Global SFE Lead, and the global Commercial Excellence community within the regions to ensure training alignment across the customer engagement ecosystem.
Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences for our CRM users, improve productivity, and streamline workflows in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts / Admins.
Gather insights and feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training content, delivery methods, and overall learning experience, deeply understanding pain points to develop targeted learning solutions.
Plan and coordinate global training sessions, workshops, and community meetings to drive knowledge sharing and strengthen collaboration within the CRM community (e. g. CRM & Applications team, hero network, core team).
Master’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 4 years of experience in training, enablement, or a similar role within a global, cross-functional environment
Strong instructional design background and project management skills to develop and execute impactful training programs
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, German is beneficial, with confidence in delivering training to international audiences and collaborating with international stakeholders across all levels
Experience analyzing performance data to identify learning gaps and continuously improve content and strategy
Familiarity with training tools, e-learning platforms, and performance tracking systems
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a learner-first mindset and a flexible, empathetic approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant training technologies
Experience working in international corporate environments preferred
Knowledge of industry best practices and adult learning principles
Willingness to travel internationally (moderate travel required)
