At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the Helios Klinikum Bonn/Rhein-Sieg as Deputy Ward Manager of Internal Medicine/Cardiology (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Representation of the ward manager in ensuring operational procedures and interdisciplinary and interdepartmental communication in cooperation with all professional groups
• Personnel management and effective personnel deployment planning, including calling up employees from the employee pool
• Responsibility for implementing and ensuring the defined quality of care as well as contributing to the development and implementation of innovative concepts
• Ensuring the qualified practical instruction of trainees, young professionals and participants in advanced specialist training
• Carrying out working group projects, including interdisciplinary and cross-professional projects

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• Several years of professional experience is desirable
• Passion for the profession and strong ability to work in a team
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as empathy and high communication skills in dealing with patients and relatives
• Willingness for further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
